Supplier Membership
The Hardware Association of WA (HAWA) is made up of approximately 200 members including independent retailers, suppliers (both Sate and National), corporate and banner groups and their retail outlets.
HAWA is committed to fostering and improving relations within our industry and for this reason offers a broad range of benefits to its members, including:
- Representation at Government, community and industry levels;
- Consultative information and guidance on matters that affect your own organisation as well as the industry as a whole;
- The opportunity to meet and interact with other industry training members on both a social and formal level; and
- Access to nationally recognised training programs.
A number of events are held throughout the year, where Supplier members are invited to attend and participate and member rates. These include:
Industry Awards for Excellence Each year HAWA endeavours to recognise and reward excellence amongst supplier and retailer businesses, and within their workforces, by conducting the HAWA Industry Awards for Excellence. This culminates in the hugely popular Gala Dinner, held in October each year, attended by hundreds of industry representatives from right across WA.
HAWA Industry Golf Day A relaxed and fun day to network with industry colleagues whilst enjoying some light-hearted competition.
Seminars and Luncheons Featuring keynote speakers, training and motivational sessions specially formatted for the hardware industry. Throughout the year, HAWA provides opportunities for you and your staff to participate in educational and business development events at special member rates. By attending these functions you will enhance your knowledge and keep up to date on key issues affecting your business.
